I work in a testosterone-filled environment and just keeping up can be tough. There are two women in my 200-person division that are Managing Directors (top title) with children. How likely is this for the rest of us? These two are extraordinary women with, it seems, zero time for all of the work they seem to get done.

I've been looking for a project to start that could turn into a decent small to medium sized business, as that seems like the only way I can enjoy success and decent family life. Is the corporate world only for young women, those without kids or complete superwomen?
