What are you doing to stay fit that doesn't take up a lot of time?
I recently started running up and down 5 flights of stairs near my house in the morning before work. I can usually only take it for about 15 minutes before I'm exhausted, but hope to increase that a little since the heartrate should be up for at least 20 minutes for fat-burning (ugh!). I just got a bicycle too and hope to do hour long rides on weekends, combining fun and fitness - how efficient :)
Any other good time-efficient exercises the ladies are doing out there?

Re: quick exercise
Sun, March 4, 2007 - 8:35 AMI recently escalated my exercise "regime" (ie: lack of regime) to running on a treadmill and TOTALLY RECOMMEND it. Much better energy levels and I feel like finally I am taking care of myself properly. I don't feel overwhelmingly guilty when I snack.
I am so glad I did the hard deed and got into a real exercise schedule.
